From time to time you may require extra assistance concerning management and maintenance issues that may occur on your property. As a Let Only or Let & Rent Collection Landlord, you have the option to benefit from our additional services at extra cost.

If you prefer to have no involvement in the daily management and operational issues of your property, then we suggest the Let & Full Management service. Reginas Lettings would be more than happy to take over the rental responsibility of your property. It is in our interest to maintain your property.

Full Management provides you with the peace of mind and reassurance that your property is being looked after by professionals. This allows you to concentrate on your own expertise and to work on increasing your property portfolio.

Full Management also gives you access to our invaluable expertise in and advice on all property investment matters.

 

Let Only

  • We ascertain the rental income of your property
  • We find a suitable tenant
  • We take up references from banks, employers and previous landlords
  • We prepare Tenancy Agreements
  • We issue appropriate notices
  • We collect the deposit and the initial rent
  • We set up a standing order for the future rent

    Fees: Half of first month rent (min. £299) + VAT

Let & Rent Collection
As the Let Only service plus:

  • We collect the rent
  • We deal with any missed payments
  • We make monthly payments to your bank account
  • We provide you with detailed statements of income and expenditure
  • We issue you end of year statements for your tax return

  • Fees: Half of first month rent (min. £299) plus 10% of gross monthly rent + VAT

Let & Full Management
This comprehensive service includes everything from the previous two options plus:

  • We deal with tenancy renewals and rent reviews
  • We deal with all maintenance issues
  • We obtain quotations and agree expenditure with you
  • We check and verify invoices and arrange payment
  • We provide you with detailed statements
  • We arrange tenancy end inventories and schedules of conditions
  • We deal with dilapidations and deposit returns
  • Discounts available for portfolios of more than 3 properties

  • Fees: Half of first month rent (min. £299)
    plus 12.5% of gross monthly rent + VAT
